I'm not just starting on my route to fat loss, but I've seen that I've come as far as I can without a little support from others that are going through this too.

I was at my smallest in July at a BF of 18%, but then went onto a new medication that put me back at 26% in two months. I've since decided that I just can't take that, not with how hard I work in the gym so I'm going without the meds. So this is a second fresh start.

I'm heading out at 1 for an hour long jog/walk on the treadmil ( we have LOTS of snow). Then I'll lift after dinner with another 30 on the precor.

Tomorrow I begin a new job and I am looking forward to seeing how I can fit it all together with that.

Okay, here we go. I'm excited to start this consistent of training again. Thank you to everyone's nice comments, it really cheered me up.

7:00 4 egg whites, 1 slice of 7-7-60 bread

Chest/Back workout (had to make up from last night)

7:30 small apple

10:00 1/2 Balance bar, Light yogurt

12:15 2 cups spinach, 1/2 raw broccoli, 1 pk tuna, ff dressing, 2 TB olives

2:30 1/2 Balance bar & diet pepsi (I couldn't help myself!)

6:00 Shake with scoop complex carb powder (20 gr), 2 slices 7-7-60 bread w/1TB peanut butter

Arm workout & 30 min HIIT cardio

8:00 1/2 cup whole rolled oats plain, 1 cup cottage cheese NF

*I got in a full gallon of water during the day. I felt pretty good during the day, but have my sugar cravings after lunch. There are lots of goodie dishes around my office and it is the hardest thing to avoid them. Hence the diet Pepsi. It did satisfy my sweet tooth.

Here's my quote for the day:

1 slice of 7-7-60 bread

Never heard of that one -- what's that?

The 7-7-60 bread is great! It is by Franz Bread. It has 1 fat gr, 7 carbs, 7 protein and 3 fiber per slice with no sugar. It even tastes great! Amazing! I get it at Albertsons and Trader Joe's.

Give it a shot if you miss having bread. I usually only eat it in the morning with my eggs or after my workout.
