Is 12wks enough time to lose about 15-16 percent bodyfat?How realistic is this goal?Has anyone else done something in this amount of time?Any info or thoughts on this would be great!

everyone can be different in the amount of time they require to lose bodyfat.... what works for them might not work for you. Some can do it in 12 weeks some may take 20. For first time competitors I usually suggest a longer diet period since we don't know how long it will take YOU to lost the bodyfat. It is better to be ready early than to work all that time and find out you've come up short in the long run.
