Hey guys, just wanted to say thanks again to Marc, Jacob, and everyone at Scivation and USP Labs for allowing me to use VasoXplode and Anabolic Pump as my first log. I should be getting my shipment in about 5 or 6 days, but I was too excited and wanted to get started with this log today.

I am still pretty lean since my first contest was only 3 weeks ago.

I am hitting my chest, back, and delts twice a week to get some thickness going, That was one major weakness for me in my contest (and probably cost me first place overall)

5:30am: 2 scoops Protein, 1.5 cups oats, 2 cups Fat Free Milk
8:30am: (Pre Workout) 2 slices whole wheat bread, 2 tbsp Natty PB, 1 tbsp honey, 1 scoop protein
10:30am: (Post Workout) Cytosport Cytogainer
11:30am: 2 whole eggs, 4 egg whites, 2 slices whole wheat bread
2:00pm: Chicken breast, 2 cups yams
4:30pm: 1 muscle milk RTD
7:00pm: 1 can Tuna, 2 cups multi grain cereal, 2 cups fat free milk
10:00pm: 2 cups fat free milk, 2 tbsp natty PB
Calories: 3,800 Carbs:450 Pro:350 Fat:85
This is my current bulking diet! Its exciting to be eating this much after being on a pre-contest diet for over 3 months.
*My daily wanter intake will be 1.5 gallons

Took my first dose of AP 15min befor breakfast and one right after my workout befor my PWO shake, and will take one later today befor dinner. Took my first dose of VasoXplode 30min befor my workout out and... WOW the instant energy i felt after only drinking half my serving was awesome. Strength was up but nothing out of the ordinary, my endurance was down today, but i am thinking that was from getting over the flu last week.
The taste of VasoXplode was VERY suprizing, it tastes just like country time lemonade. Most pre workout supps like this i have to slam just to get it down, but this stuff i wanted to sip on and savour. I am looking forward to my results off of this stack.
*on a side note, i will be keeping my diet exactly the same throughout this stack, and the only other supps will be a multi, fish oil, protien powder, and cytogainer. I am keeping it as basic as possible to see the REAL effects of these two promising supps.
Sides: my right eye was twitching during my workout, due to the caffene i'm sure.
Vascularity: nothing out of the ordinary
Pump: awesome pump, its been three hours since my workout and still pumped

well i'm about to head off for a few hours of work. only got about 3.. maybe 4 hours of sleep last night, so i'm dragging a bit today. The DOMS in my chest, delts, and back are insane, not sure if it had anything to do with the anabolic pump, but everything feels full, tight, and stiff. Legs here in about 5 hours and then its nap time!!;)

Woke up this morning feeling very refreshed but my legs are still increadibly sore, stretched them out a bit and did about 10min of LIT cardio on the bike to get some blood flowing. Took half a serving of VasoXplode on my way to work to give me a little extra pick-up, and it worked! I am really loving this stack so far, my workouts have been intense and i have been able to focus more then normal. My muscles feel much fuller and my skin feels tighter. I am planning on picking up some Xtend soon and was curious if the Lemonade flavor Xtend tastes similar to the VasoXplode? If Mark or anyone from Scivation (or anyone who had used both products) could hit me back with a answer that would be great. Back and traps in less than 4 hours!

Some nice workouts coloBB. I usually spend 15-20 mins stretching out the day after to reduce the aches.....

I have such a long day today. Up at 4am, at work at 5am. I worked out at 10am and went to my other job at 12pm. I worked there until 5pm and went back to the gym to train a few more clients. Its 8pm and just barely got home... whew a good 14 hour day, those are always fun! I have the weekend off from lifting, but will do half an hour of LIT cardio on saturday. Now time for some sleep!

I got some much needed sleep last night, a good 8 hours. Its been awhile since i've gotten that much rest. I had a nice cheat meal last night, Chipotle mmmm freakin good. I might take a half serving of my vasoXplode today befor work to give me a little pickup. My dosing of anabolic pump is being more spread apart to help with the gastro problems i have been experiencing. hopefully that will do the trick. Alright, off to work.

Vascularity: finally my veins are starting to really come through. i think the LIT cardio has been helping with this.
Energy: i can't say enough good things about the energy you get off of VasoXplode, its non jittery and focused, love it.
Did not eat the best today, but then again i am bulking and want to enjoy myself now and then. Especially since i only have 4 more months until i start my pre contest diet. Starting my 2nd week of this stack will be exciting, i am expecting most of my lifts to increase from last week and for a much fuller feeling due to the anabolic pump, and so far so good. energy: i think my tolerence is getting a little high for the vasoXplode, one scoop might not be enough anymore.
Getting closer and closer to that 200lbs mark. I just need to keep everything consistant and i will make it with ease, i still have two weeks left. I will take more measurements on sunday to make sure things are going up where they should be, and not my waist line. my current measurements are on my bodyspace, but i will post both when i get the current stats this weekend. Alright off to more work now:)

pump: my legs were pretty dang pumped after this, they kept cramping up on me hours after my workout:
vascularity: legs, so nothing special
energy: low energy, one scoop of vasoxplode just doesn't do much for me anymore in that department.
i have taken my dosage down to one pill of AP a day to see if this helps with the anabolic dumps. If it continues today, i will stop my usage. I definetly had felt the positive effects of AP in the past 2 weeks but i might be one of those people who just dont agree with it. we will see today!

pump: my legs were pretty dang pumped after this, they kept cramping up on me hours after my workout:
vascularity: legs, so nothing special
energy: low energy, one scoop of vasoxplode just doesn't do much for me anymore in that department.
i have taken my dosage down to one pill of AP a day to see if this helps with the anabolic dumps. If it continues today, i will stop my usage. I definetly had felt the positive effects of AP in the past 2 weeks but i might be one of those people who just dont agree with it. we will see today!
At least you will have given the lower dosing a try. If you are ok on 1 capsule continue on it for a few days then increase to 2 a day and stay on that if all is good.

nothing new to report today. I am only taking one pill of AP today and am going to see how it pans out. So far, no anabolic dumps.. had half a serving of vasoxplode with my xtend this morning. back to my workouts on monday, looking forward to the fight tonight!

I had to drop the AP, i lowered my dose to one pill a day... and still the anabolic dumps were a problem for hours afterwards. This stuff was working out great for the first 10 days, i felt fuller and tighter. But i must be a bad responder. I would still like to thank Usplabs for their generosity, and i still believe anabolic pump is a good product, just not for me. I have two or three days left for my vasoXplode and will be posting up a final review of this stack later this week.
