Could anyone tell me if getting a lot of my daily protein from milk is a bad thing. I surpose I drink about four pints a day, I get the rest from tuna, beans, pasta, Turkey etc.

Thanks in advance for any advice.

It depends if you are on a keto diet or not. Milk contains quite a few carbs and doesn't fit well in a keto diet. If you are bulking, milk is good. It just depends on your goals.
