I wanted to comment on Master Del's calf exercises. As a former student of Del's, I can attest to the success in developement from this exercise. As an ex-professional basketball player, standing under six feet, by implimenting Del's calf raising techniques I was able to play above the rim. Not only was I able to finish at the rim and rebound above the rim but I lifted off the ground with great explosiong, beating taller players to the ball. It is key to develop this aforementioned plateform when doing the exercises because it directly correlates to real live athletic movements. Be patient and give these exercises a month or so and you will be astounded by yoru personal gains.
