Pointless without the effects of carbs to transport them?

I normally take them in the morning and PWO, but in the morning I don't have any carbs to go with them; and my golden urine (even after lots of water) is starting to make me wonder..

vitamins arent transported by carbs. they are transported by fat or water. i think thats why you have the fat soluble vitamins. (D,E, K, A) and the water soluble vitamins.(everything else) minerals i have no idea on....

Good, I was worried because when I used to eat carbs in the morning with my vitamins (they read "consume with food") my urine wouldn't be as golden yellow as it is now, even after consuming a good amount of water. I know that you pee out the extra stuff you don't need.

If your urine changes colors from multivitamins, then your probably not asorbing the nutrients. What brand are you using? Synthetic brands like centrum have poorer absorbtion, thus you tned to piss away alot of the vitamin.

I use More Than A Multiple, vegetarian formula. The reason being that the vegetarian formula has mostly vegetable-based vitamins, and since i eat almost all fat/protein on KETO and i DONT eat veggies or fruit, it works out perfectly for me. Its also the most potent vitamin on the market and has a lot of PRO-keto supplements in it.
