Well looks like I'm one of the smaller ones testing this out. Once again, thanks to Anabolic Xtreme for chosing me to test this product. I have previously used MassFx with good results in the strength area and I am looking foward to Hyperdrol X2 to help maintain my strength/muscle and help me lean out during my diet.


Current Training Schedule / Protocol

Mon - Back/Rear Delts (Medium)
Tues - Shoulders (low)
Wed - Legs (High)
Thurs - Shoulders/Abs (Medium)
Friday - Cardio (Low)
Sat - Cardio (Low)
Sun - Chest (High-Re-feed)

Diet:
High Day (2940)
295 grams of protein (50 per meal)
310 grams of carbs. (77.5 per four meals)
58 Grams of fat
Medium Day (2700)
295 grams of Protein a day.
246 grams of carbs (61.5 per four meals)
58 grams of fat.
Low Day (2400)
295 grams of Protein
184 grams of carbs (46 per four meals)
58 grams of fat

Meal 1 (930): Carbs + protein meal
Meal 2 (12:30) Protein, fat, green veggies
Meal 3 (3:00): Protein, carbs
During workout - Maltodxtrose/Dextrose Mixture (50g total)
Meal 4 (PWO): Protein and carbs
Meal 6 (9:00): Protein, fat.
Meal 7 (if necessary): Protein, fat.

Update:

I have decided to postpone my log until Monday. Over spring break I hurt my back, and I am going to take the remainder of the week off in hopes of putting up a fair log without my injury hampering the results.
