Seriously guys, you should buy his DVD and not d/l it. Don't get me wrong, I have a pretty extensive music collection mostly from less than legit sources, so I'm not some RIAA nazi against all downloading. I guess I'm more of a modern day Robin Hood. The RIAA and MPAA are clearly ripping us off with recycled tripe, so I feel little pain of conscience in participating in the "try it before you buy it" program. If I do like the content and plan on watching/listening to it more than a few times, I will buy it.

Consider Milos' DVD - you get a boat load of practical info for real cheap. $30.00 is not much money and it is something you will use again and again. Much better value than some of the other "training videos" out there, which may or may not be too practical for repeated consumption.

Support Milos and don't rip him off. :)

If nothing else, it's bad bodybuilding karma to steal from a nice guy like Milos. :(

What are you homeless or something? :confused: It's called priorities. Skip the movies for a few weekends, or eating out, or put off the new sneakers you've been wanting.

Most of the people on these threads drop that much just for some mediocre supplements that are gone in less than a month. This DVD has a whole LOT of knowledge that will benefit you for years to come.

Or maybe it is ok to steal chicken from my local grocer because 1) i am into bodybuilding and 2) i would rather spend my money on something else???

If however you are so poor that you cannot afford to pay your rent, then I apologize; however given that you have a fast enough internet connection to download torrents of 3 DVDs, I find that unlikely.

It has been vouched for by many people on these boards that it is worth the money. Besides, it's only $35. And, it is not like some of the other "training" videos that some other pros put out that are little more than entertainment, watching their eating and training for a typical day and stuff. :(

This DVD is legimitate education and training. Even just the nutrition segment was a real eyeopener and worth every penny!

Ummm... I'm not "one of these guys", in fact this is the first time I have negged someone, as I generally don't believe in it. However, it goes against all the principles of bodybuilding - hard work, dedication, sacrifice, priorities - to steal this content.

No offense, but if you've read the interviews from Nasser, Milos is basically the one ripping everyone else off. He stole his money and never paid it back, plus he's a drug addict as well. He almost killed Armin Scholz with insulin, by giving him bad advice/the wrong amount.

He doesn't deserve a penny IMO, i've got no idea why people respect him so much.

Oh, and did I mention he almost killed himself with synthol as well? Some of the substance traveled to his heart.

I have the DVD and I haven't watched it in a while, but there is definitely some good information in it. I do remember being skeptical about some things, though - like the idea that you'll develop food allergies by eating one protein source too often. I also think that Milos's presentation during the nutrition section was a bit of a mess - he was writing on a whiteboard, but after a while, it was hard to tell what all his markings on the board meant.
