I just bought a rotissere chicken from wal-mart. I have a bad habit of eating these things in one sitting, today I was good though. I usually buy them from kroger who doesn't give you nutrtion facts but wal-marts packaging says 170 cal/serving 8 servings per chicken... that's only 1360 calories for a whole friggin chicken!! I had always estimated them at least at 2000 calories... does this strike anyone else as a little impossible?

nah thats about right. it depends on the size of the chicken. i had a half chicken yesterday it was 740 calories i believe. only problem with eating so much chicken is too much protein and not enough fat! you probably got about 180g protein and around 70g fat
