 Are you injecting it? If so, stop. Let it get out of your system and try a acne cleanser. ProActiv is good.

I believe the only way for women to increase testosterone levels is to inject it.

Sometimes zits are just zits :) Wash your face, apply some cleanser and wait it out.

I disagree.
Heavy lifting increases test levels. Some women have very little natural test and they won't see any effects of a boost. I gain muscle very easily and I lift with intensity. I've been told to forget training for figure comp, go straight for bb'ing.

During the summer I lifted very heavy and my intensity was at the point where I was in tears at the end of a set. I saw increased body hair and something I have never had before, acne on my back and shoulders. My breasts have also shrunk but that may be lower body fat. Anyway, for a few weeks, I increased cardio and went lighter on weights, in the 10-15 rep range opposed to my usual 6-8 reps. My acne went away and the body hair didn't grow back as fast.

I have never taken a pro-hormone or juice. It's my personal experience, and I'm sure some will disagree with me that it happens, but I've seen it. My hygiene and shaving habits didn't change over that time, but I've read it happens with men (especially men who squat) so why not with women who already have naturally higher test levels?

i agree sweetbecky. im a male and can definately tell when my test is going up (never took ph or juice). I get some back-acne and these periods of rage. Testosterone sometimes makes guys mad, i feel it sometimes over little stuff. Its like the side affects of roids without roids.
