I know different things work for different people, but for me, now that I've been working the same body parts 2x/week, I'm seeing amazing results. Most people here preach 1x/week, but "different strokes..."

Yes indeed it is all personal preference and what works best for you!
DFHT has worked awsome for me and I now do it or a something involving 2x per week type routines with great gains!

ya 2x a week is ok with great diet and sleep, and if you stop seeing gains take a few extra days off to rest, work once a week for a few, then go back to 2x.

Bodyparts 2 times a week works great.
It feels much better to work the muscle more often and the results are great.

And bump to jhov, DFHT is a great program.
I used to do it, now have my own split.

i prefer 2x a week as well. and bump to amusclehead full body workouts are a good change every so often (esp. when coming back from a long break).

am i the only one that likes to work each muscle directly (of course some muscles get worked indirectly in one workout and directly in another) once a week?:(
