I was wondering if someone knows what the calorie counter on bike/step/run measures? I usually bike 15-20 mins and expend 100 calories, does that mean 100 fat calories, or regular calories? So if I am trying to cut 500 calories/day, am I 1/5 of the way there? Thanks.
