Well this is my first log I've ever tried to make... so I appologize if it isn;t the best :)

Ok here we go. Briefly about me..
I'm 22 years old, have lost over 100lbs of ugly, been lifting seriously for six months. My long term goal is to compete in my first show in two years, once I gain some good size and get in good enough shape to compete.

Current Supplements -
ZEUS
Purple - K
M.T. naNOx9 (only a few days left, I won't buy another bottle.. too much $$)
Therma Lean (fat burner / energizer)
Dynamatize Whey Protein Isolate (23grams per scoop)


AT THE START OF THIS LOG I HAVE BEEN TAKING 'ZEUS' FOR ONLY 3 FULL DAYS

Lets start with todays diet -
Meal 1 (5:35am) 5 egg whites, 2 packs of instant oatmeal, 2 pieces of toast (pb&j), 1.5 cups of coffee [2 ZEUS / 1 Purple-K / 1 Therma Lean]

Meal 2 (9am) Can of tuna (plain), 1 orange

Meal 3 (noon) Extra lean roast beef sandwhich, 1 apple, 1 orange

Meal 4 (2:10pm) 2 scoops WPI, [1 Therma Lean]

Meal 5 (4pm) Handfull of mixed nuts , 1 scoop WPI [2 ZEUS]

Meal 6 pre-workout (6:30ish) Went out for supper.. Roast beef, chicken, shrimp, vegetables... [3 Purple K/ 1 therma lean/ 2 ZEUS]

Meal 7 post workout (9:10pm) 2 scoops WPI, 1 banana, 1 teaspoon jelly [3 Purple K]

working sets - 380 x 12 / 380 x 12 / 430 x 8 / 430 x 8
burning set - 290 x 20

DUMBELL PRESS
45x 15 / 55 x 12 / 60 x 12

ALT. DB SHRUGS
75 x 12 / 75 x 12 / 75 x 12

LAT. RAISES
30x 10 / 30 x 10 / 30 x 10

shoulders done

TRICEPS
pushdowns
(reverse grip straight bar)
warm up - 60 x 20

END OF WORKOUT TIME 8:45pm - Total Time 65 mins. I would have been done sooner but people seemed to want to talk to me tonight...

CARDIO
I work in a factory making crates, skids... moving material (steel).. building 25 foot long boxes.. 8 hours.. thats good enough cardio for me.
And I walk to and from the gym - 3.5 km

(this seems like a really long post)


ZEUS -
As I stated near the top I have only been taking it for a short time. BUT I have noticed one small thing. My biceps seem to feel slightly harder than they did a week ago.. could it be ZEUS? Let's just wait and see.

I forgot.. my water intake was around 7 litres today

AND I am completly open to any suggestions on my diet and training
