ok... so i have been doing 100 cho 3 days, then 300-330 cho 1 day, and then over again.. this has been leaning me out very fast! anyways, i have noticedthat I look best the second day in my low carb. every year i do a show, i do the normal carb load and i feel looser at the show then i did the day before and the morning of. i was thinking about cutting carbs down, then back up, then cut again the day before the show and the day of... this should keep my extracellular water to a minimum... also i would have a carby meal an hour or so before stage time.. any ideas if this would work??

ya.. thx. i just wanted to see if it sounded totally crazy... but ya it does seem to be workin that way as of now... so i thnk ill break it down as so
show is thursday at 6:00 pm
Fri: carb dep
sat: Carb dep
Sun: Carb dep
Mon: load ( might try just a day and a half of loading..)
Tue: load
Wed: carb dep
Thur: carb dep in morning/load in evening

im sure this will be fine.. your week before isnt what wins the show. its how much bf you have in reality..

load on monday then depleted until thursday around 6pm.

you arent stealing my top secret peak weak are you? haha just playing bro

sounds sort of what I am doing. What about water and sodium?
I am goung to drink a gallon on wednsday then half gallon on Thursday and drink some with meals Friday and cut it out at 6 pm friday night untill after pre judging. sodium I will add salt to my food Mon, Tues,Wed and the morning Thursday then cut all sodium out.

Thats sounds like what Dr. Joe would have you do close to that, but the water should stay high otherwise you are going to be flat!

Mon should be for most the highest of the carb up days and then maybe cut down about 25 g's per day and this really depends upon the individual!

and if you are truly ready fri could be the lowest day with maybe a 1 am chicken and sweet pot and then just carbing up slowly throughout the day keeping the wate rwith your meal 8 or so oz per meal and maybe abit more.

Water can be near 2 gal per day up to fri and then maybe 1.5 gallons on fri, no need to cut it out or even that low.

sodium can start up relatively high about 2 weeks out and then adjust down as the last week starts, sat can be any where near 2-3 g's and can be near there through thurs and then maybe 200 on fri and then with the foods you eat sat that are there naturally! Do not ever cut sodium totally out if you are a natural Bodybuilder!

wow thx.. now i noticed u talked bout friday... my show is on thursday.. so ur sayin that if im ready???, thursday would be my lowest carb day?? sorry just alil confused..

just need to back up everything so you start what I said like the show was on sat, sorry about that!

thurs would be like sat low carb and fri as well, then sat would be the highest carb day, then slowly lower you carbs a bit each day with wed being the lowest and then if on and ready eat that meal at about 1 am on thurs morning and then the carb up meals start about 8-10 am! weird time and day, wow!
