I have 2 weeks left on a 12-week program. (This is my first 12-week program) I am using the B.F.L. 12 week exercise and diet program. I have made some Real progress but would like to really show more definition. I have gained size but I look heavy. I am one of those people who are trying to lose weight not gain it. Started out at about 250 and am down to 240.Would like to end up in the 220 range. My arms legs and chest have all gotten bigger but I still donít see the definition. I am planning on just using Isopure zerocarb shakes for the next 2 week to see if I cant drop some more weight(without sacrificing muscle).Any ideas on how to get that cut look? Is it in doing isolation exercises or would cutting calories and carbs do it?
