Ketostix shows positive in the morning but as the day progresses, it shows negative. Does this mean I could be out of keto during the day and back in at night????

Morning pee is usually more potent when showing ketones than pee later in the day. Also, if your diet isn't in check (which I am not saying it isn't) you can go in and out of ketosis. If you are drinking a lot of water that can alter the reading cause your pee is really "clean?".
Pee is clean. I do drink lots of water. Diet is very clean. I'm counting every calorie!

The color of the strips have no bearing. Ketostix are just a toy to play with.
