Blast your bench

im doing the blast your bench cycle now..how long until i should notice an increase in mystrength?

for those of you who have done it, how long before you saw results

I bought it a while back and plan on doing it this summer or wait till a nice plateau.After your done give me your thoughts on it and how it was.Thanks

alright, i'll tell you how i finish.. im already done with the 1st week...im waitinf for my strength gains , i want them!
