Hi all. I just started reading this board a few months ago and I'm really amazed at all the information and support around here.
I've been lifting for a little over a year now and I'm really amazed at how much progress I've been able to make and how much the information I've found here has helped my training.

I do have a question for you girls. About 4 months ago I started doing Judo. It's quite a rough sport and I've been getting some pretty crazy bruises. Do any of you know a way to reduce the duration of time I have a bruise? Any help would be really great!
