Becausew I work out alone Ive decided to have this site as my accountability partner. My goal is to lose body fat ( I have a gut) and gain some mass. I make it to the gym 4x weekly I work out 1 body part a day warming up for 10 minutes on a the bike and I end up with a 30 minute treadmill run. Suppliments are :
Liquid multi-vitamin at breakfast Glutamine, Flax oil and L-Carnitine.
