well back from the competition- there is some real strong competition coming through the ranks, especially in the womans figure short and the male physique sections. It was so good to watch and see what I am aiming for- the shape girls are very full and soft, figure is very lean and mean- the girls who do well here have great symmetry and V shaped from waist to shoulders- the lean straight up and down girls just dont seem to pull it off. Another must I think for going along way is to have an "outy" bum!!!
Anyway have had 2 rest days, eating not so good first day, now Im home I have had better day.

Yesterday

7am- 6 egg whites 1/2 cup porridge

11am coffee

12.30am- protein bar

4.30pm- 150gram chicken breast and salad (restaurant).

That was it for the day- bad aay!!
Today

10.am 1/2 cup porridge and 5 egg whites

3pm- 80grams chicken and salad

4.30 proein bar

6.30pm- 100gram fish and veges

8.30 tuna 100 grams

10pm jello and nuts

Not much better- this is when I struggle as I dont get as hungry when not working out- and no its not a mind thing because i done no exercise. I have dropped weight over the weekend, havent checked scales but can feel it and see it in my face. Is this because I have changed from the calorie level I was getting use to????

Usually, if you fluctuate in weight in a matter of days then it is most likely due to water levels. Try to force yourself to eat those small meals even if you aren't hungry as it will keep up your energy levels and your metabolism! I know that there are times when I don't want to eat all 6 or 7 of my meals either!
