Just asking if yall think my goals are reasonable right now and something to build off of.Ok I am 14 right now and will turn 15 in a few months, 5'11 and 155 pounds. Here are some of my best lifts maxes unknown right now.
Bench:155 for 3 sets of 5, goal is over 200 by end of school year.
Squat: 235 for 3 sets of 5, goal over 300 by end of school year.
Powerclean:165 3 sets of 5, goal over 200 by end of school year.
Do yall think my goals are reasonable?I think they are and I will get them, just wondering what yall think.
If you mean, can you do this in 4 months.....I'm gonna say no. It'll be real difficult.
No way of telling without knowing more about you tho.

Who knows....just work hard and do what you can. And if you dont get it by then, then keep trying.

I dont think its possible to make the kind of increases that your talking about. I think its good that you set your standards high like that, but physicaly its going to take a lot of work.

New bests 165 for 3 sets of 4 on bench and 245 for 3 sets of 4 on squat.I think I will hit all of my goals, maybe not end of school year, but positive during summer.

oh yeah I am 5 10" and 155lbs bulked. I plan to cut down to about 150lbs and try to stay as close to 148lbs as I can, but will probably have to move up to the next weight class.
