i have been benhpressing with my arms to much i think because whenever i stretch my arms out straight it makes my hands to go sleep, also my skin around byceps are very tight because of my muscles are bigger. is this a normal experence when building uscle or am i doing it to much?

y friend says it is just my muscles growing and their taking room away from veins that go to my hands, and such they are blocking blood flow by squishing veins and thats why my hands go to sleep when i stretch my arms out straight. (btw it hurts alot to ake them straight)

so is he right or am i right in suspecting that i am pushing myself to hard.

A pinched nerve is most likely the reason your hands get tingling or numb.

The tight skin feeling will result in stretch marks. The muscle is growing faster then the skin is adapting. Be sure to warm up before exercise if you don't want those unsightly stretch marks!

You will grow to hate those as well.
