POWERLIFTING/STRONGMAN/DINOSAUR TRAINING COMBINATION

BARBARIC VIKING TRAINING!!!


MON. EVENT DAY
log clean 1 x 8 - 10 (ceiling too low for press, clean a weak point anyway)
.
Tractor tire flip for reps back n forth in yard 400 lbs. tire (lower than
earthmover tire so can't really push off with chest, shoulder initially like
a earthmover)
Farmers Walk with plate loaded bars heavy/light for distance.

WED. DEADLIFT DAY in the gym
10 week powerlift cycle 3 x 3
Partials 2 - 3 x 3 -5 (100 LBS. over deadlift weight)
Bent Row 3 x 10 75% max
Lat pull 3 x 5 - 12
Side Bends 2 x 10
Abs
I'll be taking out partials and bent rows when I reach 90% week in
deadlifts. Also will omit Monday event day.

SAT. (same as MON.) or armwrestling practice.

Neighbours probably think I'm nuts! Event training in my backyard.

#1 captains of crush gripper 1 rep only, close and hold til it opens Mon. - Fri.
