Have any of you used one? I just bought one. Do you line your hips with the weights or how far do you lay forward or back? Do you any pain in the spine area when doing presses? How do you rate the vertical to the other leg presses? Thanks

I have a Body Solid one. I position the balls of my feet on the platform. I only experience slight pain for a day or two if I go heavy after doing squats. I think its a good machine to get a good pump after doing squats.It is also great for doing calf extensions(excellent pre-stretch!).

Sorry should of stated that the pain I experience is in my hips not the spine, are you lifting your lower back off the pad on the way down,if so that could be your problem.Don't let your lower body roll toward your torso.
