Hey guys havent been deadlifting or any kind of lifting for over 6 months now.
Just started to get back into it and decided to do deadlifts on back day. I got a good warm up and decided to see where I was at. The catch is I wasnt wearing a belt but I did borrow some chalk from a couple of powerlifters.
I got 3 solid reps with 405 raw...not too bad
Just figured I post it.
135x12 225x10 315x8 405x3 that was just the beginning of my workout I still had to do heavy rows and pulls.
