I shopped all over and bought a York Barbell Linear Smith w lat and HEAVY bench and love it, but it's not cheap. Here are some good starts for gym stuff

Also try your local Oshmans, sportmart, Sports authority etc.. for the sparring stuff, they carry crap workout benches made for light duty stuff though.
