September 2, Tuesday.
I am writing this journal for me. Anybody else who can benefit from this feel free to. Anybody who wants to ask questions or comments, feel free to PM me.
I am currently weighing 160.5 lbs.
I am currently benching 175x2
DL- 225x5
Squat-??
My goals are to weight in at a lean 175lbs by December 19th.
Today I had school, for the second week. It was okay. I woke up early around 6:45 am, and had 4 tequitos, (roughly 400 calories, 20g of fat).
I came home from school around 10:30am and was completely exhausted. I slept in til 1PM. After awaking from long nap I ate some chips, and some crab dip, and a 8 oz chicken breast grilled, before heading to the gym.
I worked out chest and abs.
Flat Bench- 45x10
95x8
135x5

175x 5 (last 3 needed help)
Flat dumbell press- 35x8

Incline Bench press- 45x10

Incline dumbell press-

ABS on decline bench (3rd level with bar behind neck) 25 + 15 crunches by 3 sets.
I than had a coconut protein bar (30g) immediately after lifting.
I went tanning afterword, and came home. I had navy beans, rice, 3 small chicken breasts, a salad, some chips and crab dip, and a snack wells cookie for dinner.
About 5-6 servings of water.
