Doesn't your school have a weightroom?
I can help you with a DB workout though.

try hard to go to a gym, you won't train hard enough and good enough @ home.

don't give out back advice, many people train at home and get awesome gains, and are have success from training at home. You can do just as good at home and in the gym. The both have their pros and cons and so the gym is not better then the home and the home is not better then the gym.

yes, BUT with a PROPER home gym- squat rack, bench, dbs from 5-200pds, etc... 2dbs by themselves sadly won't cut it.

actually you don't need dumbbells form 5-200 pounds...you get adjustable dumbbell handles. All you need is either a power cage or squat rack, incline/flat/decline bench (or just incline/flat), barbell, dumbbell, curl bar, and 350 pounds of weight (you may need more but just starting out, 350 is more then enough), if you really need it, a preacher curl and leg developer station too. so 5- 200pds of dumbbells = waste of money.

the leg press is not needed at all for leg development so you don't need the gym for the leg press.

That sounds like sour grapes from a kid that tried it, but lacked the dedication to do it. When some people fail, rather than admit they didn't have what it took, prefer to believe that everyone else also lacks drive.

How well you can train at home with a load of equipment seems like a bit of a moot point to me if the kid's only got 2 DBs...
F-5 - with your DBs you'll be able to do the following:
Legs: squats, lunges, calf raises
Back: deadlifts, DB rows, shrugs
Chest: floor presses
Shoulders: front raises, lateral raises, bent flyes, DB shoulder presses
Arms: DB curls (all sorts of these), triceps extensions
Those are just a few off the top of my head. Check out http://www.exrx.net for some more ideas. Of course, you can do your press-ups and sit-ups regardless. Good luck, fella. :)
