I stopped taking BC pills (after 7 years of trying to find on that diddn't make me crazy bloated and hungry). Those problems are gone but I now ave acne for the first time in my life! I'm 24, and had no acne as a teen, and only use high quality products (cleansers, moisturizers, etc..) verry little makeup (Sometimes powder and eye makeup), and I don't know what else to do. I've allways been he one with the enviable "perfect skin" within my circle of friends. How embarrassing!
Please help.

You know what? I stopped BCP's in January and have been fighting nasty zits myself! I am 26 and this is the first time this has ever happened. Bascially, I stopped using all cleansing products and stuck to Dove soap (read some information on pH balancing and saw a documentary on it) and it really honestly works. I just use Dove Original Soap and water and it really keeps things under control for me without drying my skin like a snake! :D
