I have a client that wants to get into Female Fitness Bodybuilding. I have worked with men for Bodybuilding, and women's bodybuilding as a lifelong lifestyle, but this is the first time with working with someone who wants to do competitive Bodybuilding for women. I would like any suggestions and or information on how to prepare her for performing on stage and who to contact to get her on stage.

How far out is she from the contest? Where is she located?

We both live in the Youngstown area of Ohio. She should be ready to compete within 1 year from now.

I would like any suggestion, tips, or information on how to prepare her for performing on stage and who to contact. We are located in Norteast Ohio.
