Sat morning I weighed 162lbs and as of right now I weigh 186lbs. This is insane. My bodyfat scale says I still have the same bodyfat yet im 24lbs heavier. Thats a ****load of water. I have really binged a lot though since saturday. Probably close to 7,000cals a day. Tomorrow its back to clean eating and training though. Anyway, I look like **** now. My face is all chubby and im smooth all over. No more abbs, quad cuts,etc... I do look a lot more swole in a shirt though :) Anyway when does the bloat go away. I've even been popping a few taraxatones to try to speed up the process. How long do this stay? thanks

It will take a few weeks, but it is mostly dependent on what you do with your diet and sodium/potassium intake. I imagine you ate a tremendous amount of salty foods. I am assuming this because salty foods are what I craved the most, but also the higher amount of carbs that you are consuming is just holding water.

When I first started competing this would depress me the first several competitions, but then I began to use it to my advantage because I would go directly into an offseason almost powerlifting type of training. You don't mention it, but I bet you could probably set some personal records on lifts right now because the extra body weight and water retention. You may feel sluggish, but for a few weeks you could do low reps with heavier weight and rest a lot between sets. Depending if your joints are not wiped out from precontest training.

I guess what I am saying is take what looks like a negative and try to mentally make a positive. Unless you had intentions to compete immediately again. But even then just remember its just water weight and can be removed easily.

Yah binging stops today, well maybe tommorow :) Yah your right quadz about the strength. My last lifting day was last wed and I just started lifting again yesterday(figured a week off would be beneifial for muscle growth) and I was very strong. The last few weeks of dieting I could not get a pump and lost lots of strength. I got a great pump yesterday and was lifting the same amount I used to when I was loading. After using an eca stack for 3straight months and then going off last week, it still makes you feel sluggish. I still take about 200mg caffine before I lift now to keep endurance and it acts as a mild diuretic. Im glad to hear it takes a little while to lose the water though. I thought it would be gone after a few days, and since im still bloated as hell I thought it would never go away lol thanks for the info
