Day 1
WOW! What a great workout. I took my two Primed Ultra pills at 10:30 and every 3 or so minutes after that I was looking at the clock just waiting for it to be time to workout. Finally 11:00 rolled around and I hit the weights. I was pumped throughout my entire body during the entire workout. Also the mental intensity and focus was great. Normally i take 2-3 minute rests between sets but not today. On average I rested 1-2 minutes between sets. After the workout I was still in the mindset of wanting to do something so got to work and started cleaning my room lol. I never clean my room. Well here were my lifts today. No personal records, but I'm quite sure there will be many in the near future. :)
Heavy
Squat - 5x5- 105x5, 210x5, 240x5, 270x5, 300x5
Bench - 5x5- 95x5, 190x5, 220x5, 250x5, 275x5

Day 3
Another really great workout produced by Primed Ultra. The workout lasted its usual 45 minutes. This workout was just as intense as the last workout. Good thing I workout at home because otherwise there might have been some people thinking I?m crazy lol. Again no PR's but I usually get PR?s on Mondays (Heavy days) when im testing my 5 rep max. One negative thing I did notice though was my knees were hurting a bit from Mondays workout. I had pretty bad knees from baseball (I was a catcher) and I stopped running about 6 months ago. I started using a recumberment bike instead to help my knees out and I havent felt the pain since. This might be a coinsidence that the pain started back up but I will have to see if it continues. The pain might also be from taking shorter rests on Mondays workout. I went back to regular rest periods between sets today so we'll see how thing work out.
Here are todays lifts:
Light
Squat - 5x5 (105, 150, 180, 210, 240 of Monday?s 5RM)
Bench - 5x5 (95, 135, 165, 195, 220 of Monday?s 5RM)
Power Clean ?5x5 (90, 125, 155, 175, 205 of Monday?s 5RM)

Day 4
Rest day
The only thing I have to report is a little bit of soreness in my pecs. I love feeling sore (except for when its in my joints). I rarely ever feel sore but it must have been for a pretty intense workout yesterday

Day 5
Nothing unusual to report becuase I had another great workout. My knees are feeling better so it must have been from the decreased rest periods between sets. So far, using Primed Ultra three times, I would have to say it has great energy, focus and pumps. I can't speak on behalf of the increased power because I am yet to do another "heavy day". another great quatilty I have noticed by Primed Ultra is the anit-fatigue effect. It feels like I could do an extra 10 sets on each muscle. anyways, here are todays lifts.
Medium
Squat - 5x5 105x5,180x5, 210x5, 240x5, 270x5
Bench Press - 5x5 95x5, 160x5, 190x5, 220x5, 250x5
Power Clean ?5x5 90x5, 155x5, 180x5, 205x5, 230x5

Day 6 and Day 7
Rest Days
Day 6
I used Primed Ultra today for the first time with cardio. It was really an extra kick in the ass while i was on the bike (A good thing). I had so much more energy. Most of the time, while I'm doing my cardio, I will start to think about other things and slow down a bit. Lets just say there was no slowing down :D
Day 7
I will not be doing cardio and will not be comsuming Primed Ultra for any reason. No news to report

Day 8
Broke through two of my 5RM PR's! It was great, I had so much energy. I was very well rested from the weekend and definatly was in the "zone" while working out. It definatly felt great going up in weight on squats and bench. Here were todays lifts....
Heavy
Squat - 5x5- 115x5, 215x5, 245x5, 275x5, 310x5 +10
Bench - 5x5- 100x5, 195x5, 225x5, 255x5, 280x5 +5

Day 11
Rest Day - Cardio Session
Today I decided I would try Primed Ultra before cardio. As on a training day, I got the feeling of alertness and focus about 20 min after taking the suggested dosage. I finished my usually somewhat hard cardio session with ease. My cardio today lasted 30 minutes at an average speed of 15 mph on the recumberment bike. I never noticed the pump in my legs untill I stepped off the bike and could barely walk because my legs were so fat :D It's a great feeling. Well I still havent decoded whether or not I want to use my Primed Ultra on cardio. I will probably only use it on cardio when I need the extra "kick".

Day 12
Well, another great workout. My workout lasted about 45 minutes as usual. The weight seems to be going up really easily so I will most likely have some PR's on Monday :D. Aside for my workout there have been some thing that i have noticed since starting Primed Ultra. I usually workout around 5-6pm and go to bed around 930-10pm. I have had troubles falling sleep most nights. usually I fall asleep nearly instantly but ever since I started taking Primed Ultra It take a about 30 min -1 hour to fall asleep. I'm guessing this is from the caffein? Another thing I have noticed is that during my classes I get extremely tired. I am on the verge of falling asleep at almost every class at some point. I dont think this is a result from 30 minutes less sleeping because I'm still getting 8-9 hours of sleep each and every night. Could an **** rep please help me out on these questions. Thanks

As I expected, I increased weight on all three lifts today :) Im pretty stoaked about that. This doesn't happen to me very often. Primed Ultra has definatly been giving me that extra "boost" to pull out those extra reps. Here are todays lifts....
Heavy
Squat - 5x5- 120x5, 220x5, 250x5, 280x5, 315x5 +5

Day 16
Rest Day - Cardio Session
Today I needed that extra boost during my cardio so I decided to take Primed Ultra. The cardio lasted 30 minutes at a fairly high intensit. I definatly broke quite a swear. Afterall it's been really hot here in San Diego. High 80's in mid-March. Huge pump in my legs after my cardio and it was a real challenge to walk. :D

Day 20 and Day 21
Rest Days- Cardio Sessions
Day 20
30 minutes of quite intense cardio on the recumberments bike. I used Primed Ultra for a bit of a pick-me-up. Wasn't the best cardio session ever but it got the job done.
Day 21
Again, I used Primed ultra for cardio. Its getting addicting :) I feel that if I don't use the Primed Ultra for my cardio session, it won't be a beneficial workout. Well, one thing to note, when using Primed Ultra while doing cardio, it makes the 30 minutes go by faster. Not quite sure why, but it does.

Day 29
I know that your not supposed to go over the reccomended consumption of 2 caps per day but I did it anyway. I thought that there should be at least one trial of double dosing Primed Ultra so I did it. I took 4 Caps today 30 minutes before my workout. Energy levels were somewhat higher than normal. Focus stayed about the same. The real noticable eefect of double dosing this product was the pumps. The normal pumps I get would get a rating of about 7.5/10 but with double dosing PU, I would have to give it a 9/10. I also broke a few PR's.
Heavy
Squat - 5x5- 135x5, 235x5, 265x5, 295x5, 330x5 +5
Bench - 5x5- 120x5, 220x5, 245x5, 270x5, 300x5 +5

Rest Day- Cardio Session
Once again I used Primed Ultra for my cardio session. The cardio only lasted 20 minutes because I was pressed for time. The 20 minutes definatly was enough to kick my ass though :) Over good focus but energy was a bit lower than usually. I think I might be getting a bit used to the caffein.

Day 31
Bad news guys :( I pulled my back muscle helping lift a new refrigerator into my parents house. There is an extreme sharp pain in my lower back whenever I move a certain direction. I went to the doctor and she confirmed that I pulled my back muscle. I cant have any exercise for 10-14 days which is a huge bummer for me.
I only have 4 or 5 more days or primed ultra, but I'm going to leave it up to you FitnFirm. Would you like me to do my final review on Primed Ultra now (withing the next few days) or would you like me to finish up logging the last few days and finishing the log then (That would be about 20 days from now).??

*Primed Ultra Final Review*
http://img502.imageshack.us/img502/2961/primedultralg1vg2.jpg
Energy & Focus (8/10)
The energy and focus was definatly noticeable. Whenever I took Primed Ultra I always found myself thinking about the next set. Even on those days when I just didn't feel like going to the gym, Primed Ultra picked me up so I could get through with a pretty good workout. From the few Pre-workout supplements I have tried, I would have to say it gave, me personally, better energy than Body octane, yet less energy than the original formula of NO-Xplode.
Stamina & Power (8.5/10)
Another above average quality of Primed Ultra. I was doing a 5x5 program while on Primed Ultra, and went up in all of my lifts. The energy combined with the stamina and power enabled me to shoot through old PR's almost every week. Here are how my lifts increased.
------Beginning-----End
------(2-26-07)---(3-26-07)
Squat - 300x5-----> 330x5 +30lbs
Bench - 275x5-----> 300x5 +25lbs
Power Clean-255x5--> 270x5 +15lbs
Muscle Volumization (9/10)
I don't know anyone that doesn't love a good pump. Well, Primed Ultra does just that. On the 5x5 program you wouldn't expect to get a very good pump considering that you are doing very low reps and barely ever go to failure. This was a different story with Primed Ultra. Even though I'm not working my arms directly while on 5x5, I still felt a solid pump throughout my workout. One minus is that I didnt feel the pump much after the workout. The pump is good while it lasts, but it dies shortly after the workout. On one day out of the log I tried double dosing Primed Ultra. Most everything stayed about the same, except the pump. When double dosing Primed Ultra, the pump is a 10/10. Enough said. Here are my size increases:
Measurements
-------Before-------After
Weight: 180lbs---->185lbs +5
BF: 10-12 %------>10-12%
Height: 5'10.0" --->5'10.0"
Waist: 32"-------->32?" +?
Thighs: 30"------->30?" +?
Calves: 16"------->16"
Chest: 50" ------->50?" +?
Forearms: 14"----->14"
Arms: 16" -------->16? +?
Shoulders: 24''---->24?" +?
Hips: 32" --------->32"
Neck: 14"--------->14"
Anti-Fatigue (7/10)
This is a decent product for anti-fatigue. It was difficult to tell because my workouts were anything but high volume. Although ,I did notice myself taking shorter rests between sets. Usually ever friday I would throw in some arm work if I had time (3x8). I never had to lower the weigh during those three sets. Before I used Primed Ultra occasionally I would have to lower the weight about 5 pounds.
Price (8/10)
The price is about average for Pre-workout supplements. Although 30 servings at $1.17 a piece, with such a solid product, it turns out to be a pretty good deal.
Overall Thoughs:
I would definatly purchase this product again. It might just become a staple of mine :D I truley believe this is in the top 3 best pre-workout supplement I have ever purchased. Well, sorta purchased ;) Thanks again FitnFirm for letting me have the opportunity to log this great product.
