This will be my ZEUS log
First I would like to thank?s GYM GOD for this opportunity, he his a great guy and a great contributor to this forum , but I will tell the truth about the results I will obtain with the ZEUS no worries !
Here some info on me
Age 29
height 6 feet
weight 215 lbs
bodyfat 15 % ( using electronic fat calypters first thing in the morning, at 3 different places )
Goal
I would like to drop some bodyfat and increase my strength during this period with the help of ZEUS, so it going to be more of a recomp , not a all mass attack log
Training
I will train the MAX-OT way during this period, with some cardio on day I don?t train with weight
I will aim for 300 gr of proteins/ 300gr of carbs and 55 gr of fat on weight training day
I will aim for 300 gr proteins / 225 -250 gr of carbs and 55 gr of fat on cardio and off day
Others supplements uses

Night time protein on weight training night only

vitamins c 1000 mg pre and post workout
cre-ethyl thunder ( I have been using it for the past 30 day, so it will not interfere with the result of this log )

The Research

Ok tonight will be my first workout with those bad boys, also I will take a total of 3 caps at breakfast and 3 cap at dinner time, since I weight 215 pound, GYM GOOD recommend to bump it to 6 caps per day !

Lat pull down narrow grip 2x4-6 200 lbs
One arm DB row 2x4-6 110lbs ( the go to 115 lbs at my gym ! what would a do next when ZEUS kick in ?? complaint to the Gym owner :D )
DB biceps curl 2x4-6 60 lbs
Straight bar biceps curl 2x4-6 115 lbs
Behind the back wrist curl 2x max rep 115 lbs
reverse barbell curl 2 x8-10 70 lbs
Diet: Protein 261 /carbs 297 / fat 85 / cals 2997
I will need to bump up the protein to 300 g to get the full effect of the upcoming surge of testosterone !
Observation : Nothing major to report yet ! Well I was sweeting a little more than usual.
Questions for Gym God or 5-6: How long will it take before I start to feel the effect ?

Dip body weight + 50 lbs 1 x 6 resp + 1 drop set to the max with only the body weight
Standing Military press 2x4-6 155 lbs
DB side lateral 2x6-8 35 lbs last set 1 drop set with 25 lbs to the max
Lying triceps extension 2x4-6 95 lbs

Diet :

Observation :
Good training, it was the first time a fallow this routine , I find it a bit long compare to the other max-ot program, I will get use to it.

Observation :
He 5-6 ( answering your question), so far the only thing to report is a little pain sensation in my right ball, nothing to crazy , just like I can feel them working, you know like when it been a little while since you have empty them lol sorry for so much detail :D . Ist more pronounced at the end of the afternoon, after my second dose around 4 PM everything is back to normal. So I can feel the product working ! :D
My squat was hard for the last 2 workout when I did start with them, I was struggling with 315 lbs, last night I had to start with legs press ( because the squat rack was taken at that time ) So I was telling my self that the 315 lbs squat will be hard , but I did my 2 set whit ease, much better than my other workout with the same weight ( 315 ) So maybe it ZEUS who is starting to kick in !
Except from that everything is normal !
Tonight I will rest !
And I will it back/biceps/forearm again on Saturday
I know exactly what your talking 'bout. And we will just leave that at that. haha!
Thats awesome 'bout the squats. I am thinking that you telling yourself that it will be hard to squat 315 after leg presses helped you out!

Observation : Good energy throw the workout , pump was good to.

I also forgot to mention that on my last workout , I was feeling really tired, so I did take one of the new FUBAR, ( I have been given 4 of those to test ) I did have a good workout, nothing extraordinary, but I was feeling like **** before, so it did help me to have a normal workout, that would have not take place if I didn?t have taking it. I will try one when I feel better , and try 2 at the time at another workout during the log.

Trust me two FUBAR are the f'n ****! No one ever told me I should only take one, so I decided two was a good number to start with. One of the best leg and chest workout I ever had, I swear.
FUBAR is always great for a good pick me up to get a guys ass to the gym too.

Observation: I did get out the night before and went to bad at 3 PM , thing I don't do really often anymore lol ! so I was feeling tire when a woke up at 10 PM, I decide to eat good foodl and go to the gym in the late afternoon. did take ! fubar to this time , I was really surprise that my training did go that weel ! I did increase in some off my lift !! The PUMP was really good to ! One off the best that I had for a long time! So the last night Beer pr The ZEUS are for something in that training lol! The increase Test is now starting to show in the pumps department. SO far ZEUS did really work well for me ! I AM excited since I am not half way done with this log ! More good thing to comme hopefully.
For having such a long night sounds like a killer workout for sure. Even if everything was not perfect. And dont' let the one night get you down. It the end it's one day of partying wont' screw it up. Your doing a great job so far.

Great lifting alvin. It's funny that you mention the M1T. Back in the day I had put on some weight using M1T and my strength went up as well. I had a serious injury that prevented me from doing much and lost a lot of weight - I havn't touch M1T since and I don't plan too. I have been busting my ass off since Oct 1, 2006 and although my weight (mainly water) is not where it was - my strength is beyond what it was when I was taking the M1T...and a side note - I look a lot better and I am lot healthier with lots of energy. :)

Squat 3x4-6 345 lbs, the intensity on the last set was pretty intense, at the end off my set i was so red in the face, that i barely could hear noise for a good 2 minutes after my set , you know that little buzzing noise, you get when you are at the limit of your capacity!

Observation: I was impressed with my strengh in the military press. I did take my last sample of the new Fubar version, the energy was good.... but not as good as i expected. The old version didn't do much for me ...neither the new one....the energy was good but not intense as i was expected.

I did take my last sample of the new Fubar version, the energy was good.... but not as good as i expected. The old version didn't do much for me ...neither the new one....the energy was good but not intense as i was expected.
It looks like you are going to have to take 2 capsules at a time you cracker jack. :p

I use Purple wraath also. killer product. Try it(2 scoops) with two Fubar before cardio, It a winning combo for some "balls to the wall" cardio sessions:D

Change in my training protocol, I have been training max-ot since November 2006, so my joints are starting to hurt a little bit , so for the next month at least I will train in the 8-10 reps range. Dropping the rest time between set from 3 min to 1 and half min.

I will do I first review today about ZEUS, since I am changing my training protocol and to gave I honest feedback.

Deadlift 4-6 resp range 415 lbs 425 lbs + 10 lbs
( Just to clarify thing I did not do deadlift since 3 week now, so it will probably be higher if this exercise was include in my new workout regiment )

Weight 215 lbs 220 lbs + 5 lbs
Bodyfat 15 % 14 % - 1%
Lean mass 183 lbs 189 lbs + 6 lbs !
The weight and fat where tested the 2 times first thing in the morning.
6 lbs increase is really good , in 47 days ! Plus keep in mind that during that log I was going from 200 - 300 grams of carbs per day comparing to 300 - 400 grams of carns per day in the month before. So my Strength have increase and I have drop dome bodyfat, I fell thigter and bigger!
I will update at the end of the 60 days for the body composition. I wanted to do it for the Strength gain immediately, since I wont be training in the same reps range for the rest of the log.

Hey guys could you help me out a bit here my friend has quite the gym through to breaking his leg, he gave me No explode, Cellmass, and Zeus. Could i take the three of these together? am just starting out at the gym am 180lbs and slim tonned but want to get some seriouse mass before summer in a few months, my diet is good getting plenty cal and 300g protien every day and goos fats. any help with this would be amazing thanks again G
