Has anyone used the Ultimate Long-Term Resistance and Aerobic System (U.L.T.R.A.) 12 month program? It first appeared in the July 1999 issue of Muscle and Fitness. I downloaded the whole thing a few months ago and I am just now looking at it.
It seems very comprehensive and customizable with a sensible training & recovery cycles. I'm finishing the RHC next week and looking for something new. I can go back to my old split but would like to embark on a new challenge.
