Has anybody used Hammer Strength equipment?? It is the best f**ken equipment that there is... it rocks .. If you haven't used it, find somewhere that has it and give it a shot...you will be spoiled and want to throw you equipment out the door..

We have $250,000 worth of Hammer Strength equipment in our gym. I agree, it's kick-ass equipment but I still prefer freeweights.

Great equipment but won't build like good free weights will. They are still a machine and machines are more for isolating the muscle being worked, but they do mix well with a good free weight routine, I have used them before and loved using them at the end of a workout.

There is a really nice gym in South Beach, Miami that has an outdoor section. They use hammer Strength in that outdoor section because of its quality and durability. I couldnt agree more!

Awesome stuff, I regularly use the Dual front pulldown and the preacher curl machines at the gym. I will use HS stuff primarily when I do high rep routines at the gym as the seem to be extremely smooth and follow natural lines.

There the best as far as machines go, but I still use mostly free weights.

I like using the Low Row machine for back and also the incline bench machine, have to agree that free weights are best though!
