I like this idea. A good way to keep track of everything and get input from fellow bodybuilders. A few basic things about me:

Age: 16
Female
Height: 5 feet 8 inches
Weight: 148 lbs
Goal Weight: 135 lbs
Daily Calories: 1800

Workout schedule:
Monday- 30 minute run
Tuesday- Total body strength workout
Wednesday- 45 minutes bellydancing
Thursday- 45 minute run
Friday- Total body strength workout
Saturday- 45 minute bellydancing
Sunday- 20 to 45 minute yoga routine

I'm coming back from a 6 month lay off. I also suffer from eating disorder tendancies, so I'm trying to cope with, and overcome all of that. I want to be healthy, and in the best shape possible. Eventually I'll work my way up to 4 days a week of weightlifting, and split up my muscles, but right now I'm just trying to get back into the swing of things.

My goals are

1. To be able to run a 7 minute mile
2. Eat a healthy, well balanced diet, without becoming obsessed, skipping meals, binging and purging, starving, or taking diet pills
3. Achieve a six pack! :)

I'll start recording everything tomorrow. Hope everyone has a great day!

welcome Glamour. :) Keeping a journal is a great way to monitor your progress and get support from the others here.

My only advice right now. Don't be afraid to take a day off each week....your body and your mind need a break.

Good luck!

Welcome to the board! I too had issues with eating disorders and let me tell you that this has been one of the best things to do!

No kidding, well as a fat old man it sure will keep me from chasing her. Well on second thought it would stop me from catching her :D

A great plan and awsome goals. You have a battle before you with the eating disorder, but the inner strength and keeping a eye firmly on your goals will really help with the fight. You need to visualize and know that you can look the way you want and accomplish your goals, while still eating good food.

Thanks for all the wonderful replies everyone. But my journal will be on hold for a bit. There's some things wrong with my internet. I'm on a library computer right now. But I've been journaling on paper, and I plan on transfering all of that here, once I get a decent chance. Good luck to you all. Glamour.
