ok i did my back and legs 3 days ago, and my lats ****in hurt, today i tried doing my chest, and i couldnt even get my usual weight off the rack to reps and i usually do 6 reps
did i **** my self, or should i just try after my lats and back stop hurting?

You should have just posted this in the powerlifting section, but it's cool bro. Lats play a big part in the bench press, and if they are sore, odds of you doing good on the bench are slim to none. Same with the tricep as that also plays the biggest role in the bench press. I would just wait till the soreness goes away because apparently you worked them very hard which is good because you are only going to benifit from that. Also, no you didn't **** yourself, but i suggest working your lats on the same day as bench to avoid this again and if your not working your triceps on the same day as bench, i suggest you do. I have been working my lats on the same day as bench every workout and i have been getting stronger every week. As Ted Arcidi once said "The key to a big bench press is lat and tricep work. If either of those arn't hurting you after every workout then your obviously not working hard enough." Hope I helped bro :).
