Hi everyone I am new here. I have been reading on here for a while but I have a few questions for you. I am currently 5'3 weight 115 and I am 23 yrs old. I was wondering what is the best things to do to tone up and firm my butt and thin down my thighs? I have a small waist but my butt is always tigh in jeans I never had this problem till the past couple of months. Can someone please help me?

hm... do some cardio (jogging, cycling) and do some excercises for the glutes (your butt)...dont women magazines always have those kinds of short workouts for your legs/butts ?! try doin one of those

yeah but use a light weight otherwise u'll be buildin muscle in ur butt and that'll only make it stick out more! i heard the stairclimber machine is good 4 ur butt

If you tend to gain weight (or the women in your family tend to gain weight) in the hips, thighs, and buttocks, then you might want to resort to walking, jogging, biking, blading, the elliptical, etc for cardio. I'd save the stepper and the treadmill on incline for those who have thin legs.
