Weird question:

I'm 10 days out. I drink a metric **** ton of black coffee, eat green veggies by the whole steamer bag, lots of oats, and lots of brown rice. I'm well hydrated, I sleep normal, lift 4x a week and do low-intensity cardio 3x a week. I look/feel as good as somebody 10 days out should... except...

I. Do. Not. ****.

Once a week, maybe a half crap more if I am lucky. I have chalked it up to 'I eat freakishly clean and my body uses everything I put in it' but has anyone else experienced such a phenomenon like this while prepping?

wow. not at all...might have some digestive issues/severe constipation...how low are the calories?
I mean, the insoluble fiber in the oats, veggies and rice would be enough to make a daily poop i would think.

At this point pretty low. 1750 on wo days and 1650 on rest days with a weekly refeed of ~2100-2300

Yeap... Experienced all mentioned... plus constant unpleasant farts, always hungry peeing every 2 seconds. Its the joys of a contest prep lol

i'm 10 days out today as well. havent been crapping much at all for the last few weeks man, sucks. sometimes it feels like i gotta go so bad, then bam, like 3 turds! fart, pee, and eat. thats about how it goes for me as well. i just tell myself my body is virtually using everything I eat, and the rest is vaporized into gas. can't wait til its over and i can take a big ol' dump! good luck bro!
