Worked my arms today at the gym.....
(Shoulders)
Shoulder press:2x 8+6
1x 10
Superset front & side lateral raises: 3x10 front+3x5 side
Arnold press: 2x 8+6
1x 10
(Biceps)
Superset preacher curls:(2x 8+6) + (3x 5 hammer-curls)
1x10
Bicep curls 21's (3x21)
(Triceps)
Behind the head tricep press: 2x 8+6
1x 10
Dips (3x10)
Machine tricep pulldown 2x 8+6
1x 10
Cardio:6 mile 45 minute run....
...My arms are dead and my body is begging me for sleep which is a plus to help me fall asleep....Now all that stands in my way is my Animal PM pack and the stairs to bed..lol

Hey bro, here to help. Tom asked me to critique your technique from your training vids.
You are doing Solo HRT, and it looks like you're getting the technique a little wrong.
The SOLO HRT technique goes like this: 8 regular reps, followed by 6 FIVE-SECOND NEGATIVE REPS. They should be slow, and count to 5 as they go down. Also, you are throwing in a partial rep on each of those. This is incorrect. Unlike the regular HRT (with a partner), there is no partial rep in solo HRT. its just 6 slow negative reps.
My training partner and I are going to be making a very detailed demo vid for you guys this weekend and post it in the coming week. But let me know on here if what I said is unclear.

no worries bro, my training partner and i did it wrong for the first two weeks as well. its a tricky technique, which is why its for advanced lifters. but you're doing the right thing by asking for help. post any questions you have in my HRT Technique Assistance thread that Tom pinned for me. It should be near the top of the main page.

I just left the grocery store and spent a s***ton of money on steaks,salmon,tilapia, & a wole bunch of motivating things to eat!....Headed to the gym to get it in!...

Thanks for the support everybody and I'm happy to report today that I met my protein and carb requirements for the 1st time!....Sad to say that I have to go to school in 20 minutes so I can't hit the gym today, but tomorrow is going to be hell and hot water!....

Been there my friend... the good thing is once you get most of the basics then you only have to go back for the easy things... egg whites, meat, carbs... but the seasonings usually will last a long time. Good to see you are going to school. I did that during my Army days and it pays off... only gets more expensive when you are out so keep working on it!

I realize how hard it is to manage this!......It's not that it's hard; it's just my life schedule has made me a time critical person!..I have work from 7-4, then there's father and son time, then there's wife and husband time, school, and then the gym!....This contest is going to prove that I really want to accomplish something for me and be a well educated family man of the United States Marine Corps!....Good luck to everyone!...

MY ULTIMATE 3 MILE SPRINT CIRCUIT(45-50 MINUTES)
(warmup)
1 x 800 meter + 5- minute stretch
(Superset sprint-circuit)
2 x 800 meters(1 minute rest b/w sprints) + 30 sec Hanging leg raises after each sprint
1 x 600 meters + 30 sec flutter kicks (1 minute rest)
4 x 400 meters(1 minute rest b/w sprints) + 30 sec bicycle after each sprint
6 x 200 meters(1 minute rest b/w sprints) + 30 sec V-up crunches after each sprint
2 x 100 meters(1 minute rest b/w sprints) + 3 sets of 10 kettlebell windmill
10 minute stretch....
15 minutes non-stop abs!...
....It's not that I couldn't do legs, it's just that my legs felt like gelatin!...
