I am raged and ready to go. I am 28 years old and have been training myself for the last three years. I have overcome a whole hell of a lot in life to get where I am today. I am someone who will train harder than what many think is logical. I am very intense and push my body to failure every workout. This is my journey through hell and back. You will see me put my body through hell, I many times get light headed in the gym and I am not afraid pushing myself to the extreme.

DIET:
Meal 1: Protein: Myo-fusion 2 scoops/ 1/2 cup oats/ or rice.
Meal 2: Chicken breast and Rice
Meal 3: Chicken Breast and Rice
Meal 4: 90% lean beef or sirloin and rice
Meal 5:Tilapia loin and rice
Meal 6: Protein and oats before bed
STATS:

Cardio (how many days per week/minutes per day):5 days 45 min.
Protein grams you’re eating per day:400
