Hey everyone just thought I would throw a thread on here. I know I'm not in the contest but I'm russ d's son and have decided to try the program for the next 3 months. I have been trying about 4 years consistently and I have followed the HRT protocol in the past. I just recently graduated from Penn State University with a degree in Kinesiology (movement science). My stats are as follows
age: 23
height: 6'3"
weight: 250lbs
chest: 50"
waist: 37"
biceps: 19"
quads: 28"
calves: 18"
Rage's contest diet
Protein: 250grams
Carbs: 200grams
Fats: 30grams
Good Luck to everyone I'll be sure to follow along with your progress and my pictures will be posted on russ d's thread for now. I appreciate any feedback and hope to have some followers.

SUBBED! Your a beast like your dad bro! I can tell you one thing about your diet for sure, Rage will up your protein for sure. I'm 189 and taking in 325g of protein.

Both workouts went real well. I've been going heavy for awhile so it is nice to do an intense program where mind muscle connection is needed. Can't wait to blast chest in two days.

damn bro we are hittin roughly the same weights! i wonder do you have perfect form on your t-bars? i was checking my vid and noticed thru most of the movement i was to elevated so i may have worked more delt then back... still felt good though. keep it up dude! see you in the top 5?

I tend to stay semi elevated aswell kind of like a linebacker stance got that from the football days. Where can I find your vid. I'll check it out. Keep killing it boss.

whhooo beast! i substituted my barbell curls for dumbell because my left wrist was a bit tweaky, i hope ill be good to go next week for some 135's to!

Good workout overall I was out of town at a different gym so I had to change up the workout. I didn't have the correct equipment to do the same thing as last week so I did machine chest work. Today I got done with my 30 minute cardio session this morning and tonight I get to work back. Hope week 2 is going well for everyone I will probably post a training video up sometime tonight or tomorrow so check it out.

First time I have done the Hellcentrics version of the workout I usually run solo HRT. The workout was freaking hardcore. I Got a great feel and really recommend trying Hellcentrics to those of you who run the solo version. I love solo HRT but Hellcentrics training def. rivals Solo training. The key to the Hellcentrics is having a great partner so I want to thank big Russ d for helping me kill it today. Keep killing it everyone.

I only lost a pound this week but I did lose between an 8th to a quarter inch off my waist. The diet is still going very well and I think the cheat meal helped me refocus for this coming week.

Hey thanks for the support everyone. I just got a new job so I have been adjusting to the hours and haven't been on in a couple days. I have been getting my cardio and workouts in and one advantage to working in the federal government is you get a free gym so that is pretty sweet. You're doing great! Glad you're digging the HTH, too. It looks killer. I've done similar things in the past with my old routines, jumping from one exercise to the next with little to no rest in between during my super sets and giant sets. But I can't imagine doing it with these negatives. lol I'm thinking about braving it sometime soon just to see. Shoulders and arms would probably be easier for me since I can pack all the weights to one area and do my thing. Everything else is located in different parts of the gym. In any event, your work is very impressive. :)
Yeah, you can slaughter heavier weights now, but just think about how much more you're gonna be able to push and pull after this program. :) You're already a freakin' monster, you're gonna be HUGE! Keep it up!!

I am also getting stronger so I feel like I might actually be doing the semi impossible by gaining mass and losing body fat. I could really see the cuts in my upper chest and delts when I did dips and the veins were popping like crazyy. I'm going to hit abs today and then back to work 2nd shift for the next 7 days so I'll be lifting at midnight again. Two more days of cardio and then back traps and rear delts and week 5 is in the books.

My knees, and mostly my left one always sound like a plastic water bottle being crushed when I do the leg press, but not when I use the hack squat machine. I don't know why that is, other than maybe the angle? It doesn't hurt, but it always makes me a little nervous. I like my cruciate ligaments and meniscus where they currently are. I hope it was nothing serious, and I think it's awesome of ya to listen to your body like that. No shame in playing it safe. A lighter workout is better than no workout at all. Hope the rest of your week went well and that you're having a good weekend!

Great workout on my pressing exercises I'm losing a little strength but during side laterals my def. and vascularity was pretty intense so I'm very pleased. 45minutes Cardio in the morning.

Losing a little bit of strength in some areas but had a real good workout. I did an hour of cardio after my workout and drink some Atomic 7 while doing it and it helped me out a good deal. I am going to do forearms with legs tomorrow.

Written Summary of Your HRT Experience:
What a great 11 weeks of training. I loved everything about HRT I can really see the results and I kept getting killer workouts week after week. I plan on clean bulking for the next few months. I am really hoping RAGE will do another cutting comp. this time in the months leading up to summer. I just want to thank everyone who followed me throughout the comp. Everyone who did this for the full three months is truly an animal. Good luck to everyone and let the best person win. Thanks one more time to Rage and the ANIMAL Family you are truly what a supplement company should be. I want to leave you with some pictures that I thought I looked alright in. Next time I'll get a tan and learn to pose lol.
