oww! my hip!

hey i was wondering if anyone has experienced a pain like this before....it originates in my hip flexor area and shoots down to my knee. I cant sleep at night because i can only sleep on my side, and it hurts my hip. i cant sleep on my stomach or back because my lower back is chronically sore. any tips?

ONly cure for this is to sleep in my bed it has a massage feature which got rid of my problem like that.
