Hey Bodybuilders and Athletes alike! I have been lucky enough to be one of the ones chosen to test and reveiw CORE PWO. I would like to say thank you to CORE for this great oppertunity!

I am currently at the end of my bulk. I have about 2 weeks to go before the major cut (i let my self get way to fat over this bulk). While I did add a ton more muscle mass, and hit my goal of a 500lb deadlift, there is still much work to be done. CORE PWO will be a great addition to be current stack to finish off this bulk with a bang!!!

Vital Stats-

Age- 18

Height- 6'1

Weight-~270lbs

Bodyfat%- ~20-25%

Bodytype- Meso/Endo (a bit endo from dirty bulking )

Current Phase- Bulking (Normal...trying to clean up a bit and get ready for cut)

Years Training- 3-4

Years Serious Bodybuilding- 1.5

I am very eager to begin the log. I have heard many good things about this product so far. Also I have never used an "out of the bottle" PWO formula, so this should make things a bit easier!

Dosing Procedure-
I will use 2 servings (4 scoops) instead of 2. My reasoning for this is that I am a big guy, and ending a bulk my calories are kept rather high. Thsi should supplement it nicely. CORE PWO will be mixed with 2 cups cold water only.

Doseing Timing-
CORE PWO will be taken 15-20 mins PWO (post workout) on training days. None will be taken on off days. The reasoning for taking it 15-20 mins PWO is because I take a serving of Storm and ~2g of Beta-Alanine immediatly PWO, and give it some time to absorb without competition.

Rating System-
This product will be tested and rating by DOMS, Recovery time, DOMS intensity; all in accordance to training. CORE PWO will also be rated on Mixabilitly in a shaker cup as well as Taste and After taste.

I will review this product honestly. No e-stats or lies on this log.

Today I got the CORE PWO in the mail. So im gonna start the log with pre-testing.

The pre-testing will be different things such as flavor, mixability, ect, ect.

First Impressions-
I really liked the container label design. Its eye catching and looks well done. I was very intregued to try some.

Ease of use-
The scoop was at the bottom of the tub, but that is to be expected. The scooper is a decent size and easy to use. The only drawback is the size of the opening on the tub. I could barly get my hand into it. Not sure what im gonna do when the tub starts to run low, cause my forarm sure as heck wont fit.

Taste-
People werent kidding when they said it tasted like Coco-Puffs. It was like a dessert PWO, which was nice. Drinking the same old whey and dextrose gets gross overe time. This is a product that i would not get sick of however. Not to sweet, as most PWO supps can be, but not so bland thats its horrible either.

Mixability- (In shaker cup)
At first i was a bit leary about how it would mix. After a few seconds of good shaking, it was all dispersed and dissolved in the water. No thick paste stuck to the bottom of the shaker (i hite that). The mix was not chunky or grainy either. Mixed like it was in a blender. Good stuff.

After Taste-
We all know how somthing can taste good going down, but leave a bad taste later on. That was not the case here. Same great taste all the time. No "gooy" build up in the back of the throat either (you guys know what im tlaking about). Major plus there.

Thickness- (In 2.5 cups cold water)
Was a bit watery for my taste in 2.5 cups water. It was still thick enough to be a shake, but i will try mixing it with less water this time and see how it goes.

Smell- (Some people like good smalling supplements maybe)
Ok, smell. If i think a supp smells bad, then day after day PWO when im already feeling a bit sick, this can really become nausiating. Nit the case here, smelled like hot chocolate/ coco-puffs. I really liked the smell.

Nutrient Profile-
Very good. 2g glutamine, 1g taurine, 4g BCAAs, 28g whey isolate, 43g carbs per serving. I use 2 servings at a time, and its everything i look for in a PWO protein supplement. The added Vit C and others are nice to, would help with recovery and free radicals i would imagine.

Final Thoughts-
So far im thinking that this is a great product. The only drawback is the number of servings. This will only last me about a week when taken 2 servings at a time (15 single servings). I would like to see this product in a 5lb tub woth about 40 serivings, that would last about a month for me. Another great thing was the appatite it gave me. Normaly after my PWO shake, i have to force feed down my PWO meal an hour later, i really hate doing that. With CORE PWO, i was actually hungry for the first time this year when i finished my shake. Its very light on the stomach :). All in all great product.

Today was a pretty good training day. Not going to go into to much detail about workout, cause this supplement is not a workout enhancer.

DOMS from last workout-
My shoulders never really get to sore, and today was no different.

Workout Overveiw- Arms
Good all in all. Decided to do CGBP for the first time ever. I ahve tried them before, but they grind my shoulder. With a slighly reduced ROM, and some good DC streching, I can now incorperate these into my workout. I didnt go as heavy as i would have liked to go heavier, but i am still adjusting to the movement. I also got a few PRs!! :D

Once again i love the taste of this stuff. I feel like it really fules me up good after a workout.

This time i mixed the CORE PWO with 2 cups of water and it was perfect. I will mix it like this for now on.

I am still impressed with the product, and look forward to monday (next training day) to use it again. I take weekends off, but will report on DOMS of the arms tomarrow.

Today was suprising to day the leaste. Normally my biceps are not sore at all, and they werent today either. But what really got me was my triceps. Usually my tris get pretty sore for several days after training. But now today. They felt like they had been barly trained at all.

Not sure if im going to attribute this to the CORE PWO yet, I will see how I feel after training other muscle groups first, then compair.

Weight-
278.8- All time high, im getting much stronger from the JW mega cycle, gaining weight like mad as well.

DOMS-
Not there today, very strange. If this is because of the CORE PWO then this supplement is amazing, I will make further decisions after more training with it.

Preveiw for tomarrow-
Sunday is my second off day of the week, so nothing but resting and eating all day. Monday I will hit my chest and prolly abs as well. Looking forward to ripping it up on monday.

Chest is hurten good. Guess the CORE PWO dosnet cure DOMS...damn lol. Abs are not that sore at all.

ehh there is 15 servings in a container, which is ok...i just take 2 servings at a time :p

Cacao Shea Butter Lotion... No stretch marks. I heard lots of pregnant women use it and it does wonders!

Who cares what you're girlfriend thinks... Bodybuilding results in hot chicks. She should have known this before she got with you lol

I was limited on what i could train today. My front delts still killed from chest day, and my rear delts felt they they may be close to an injury from doing heavy rows on nack day. Other than that it went great.

Great workout, love doing the CGBP.

Todat was the last day of CORE PWO.

I only had 2 scoops left, so i mixed them with a scoop of whey and some dextrose.

Recovery-
This product definatly helped me to recover quickly after training. Its a great feeling to be fueled back up after a tough workout! I also experianced reduced DOMS while using this product.

Final Thoughts-
Great product. The taste is amazing! It mixes well and does not get all chunky or grainy. The only down side to this is the price, and the fact that I got 2 less servings than what it said on the label. This is a product with much potential if the price would drop a bit i feel.
