I am new to bb and want to get buffed... mostly do to dating a guy who is a bb. He is my inspiration. I want to try diffferent test and would like chat to other ladies on here. How you started out and any supplements that helped. Diet, etc. How often you work out. Anything you feel will help me get started. beanbug

hi! the best advice that was given to me was to take in 200 grams protien, 200 grams clean carbs, and 30 grams fat a day. i was working out for a couple of years, and didn't start to see results until my diet changed and i ate more.

I think it would be better to regulate your macronutrient and caloric intake based on your stats, ie weight and bf%.

Also, limit your time in the gym. You can gain much more on 3 days a week (each bodypart once a week) than training 5 and 6 days a week. For mass, focus on compound movements, intensity, and form.
