I am planning to do my first show this october. So I am currently like 14.5 weeks out. I figure that i will have to drop about 11-12 pounds of fat to be in contest shape. I am currently 180 flat.
Just to be on the safe side im giving myself about 12 weeks to cut.
My maintenance calorie level is about 2900-3000 calories. According to the online calculators. And from what ive noticed that is pretty correct for me.
So do these seem like good macros? Of course ill have to do some trial and error work. But for the most part is this a good guide line. And they are all made up of good, whole foods.
2525 calories
261 protein
243 carb
50 fat
And I am planning on doing moderate 30 mins of cardio 3 times a week because my metabolism is already pretty fast. Ill increase if need be.
Any suggestions?
