I just had my first ever comp over the week end, tons of fun. I want to thank everyone who has helped me in this section. You guys provided me tons of insight that helped me along the way!

I ended up getting 1st for men's middleweight and runner up for overall. Overall was tough, I felt I had it but the the guy had great wheels that I was lagging. (as per judges feedback) Anyways, i got my eyes on another show in 5 weeks, back to the grind!

Smile! I didnt smile enough on stage. Also practice your posing tons without mirrors!

definitely, also learned how my body reacted to certain things. I ended up cutting water to try to make the smaller weight class and i think it really flattened my legs out.. I will not do that next time..

Congrats! Hit it hard and you will really be able to dial it in for your show in 5 weeks. I did shows 4 weeks apart and really took my conditioning to another level.
