If you do, any tips? I find them incredibly hard, but I have serious shoulder flexibility issues and my snatch lockout is weak.

I do btn snatch grip sotts presses
Mainly just to get more comfortable in the bottom position and as a warmup on days when I press

That sounds brutal, how heavy do you go?

I do it together with good mornings. Hate both of them.

They suck, lol
This is my current PR, I usually just work up to a fairly heavy double and then move on with my push presses or strict presses

I have to try that, WHT_LIGHTNING. My OHS work is terrible.
Nice to see Koklyaev doing what I do with 60kg with 190kg. LOL, FML.

yeah, but Misha is kinda ridic, lol
But yeah, I am still pretty new to this oly thing (little over 3 months) so we are working a lot on flexibility and just getting more comfortable in that bottom snatch position with weight overhead.

Yeah it was hard for me too at the start but you get used to it eventually! Try a slightly narrower grip first, so as not to put too much stress on the muscles involved. As for flexibility, you can do shoulder dislocates with a stick/towel. For developing good snatch lockout, I think drop snatches are a good choice.
Good luck in your training!

i've started doing them because my stability overhead (lockout and core strength) are my weakest points, and are really holding me back. my problem is an old injury from swimming in high school makes my shoulder not so good until i really build up to heavy weight, and a wrist injury from snatches is making it hard to support heavy weight overhead for longer than ~2 seconds. if i use straps it takes the pressure off my wrist and it's better, but it still sucks
