Im doing first show june 30 .. from small town in which the show is being held so I haven't had a lot of help but trying cut down I've read a lot about nutrition and still a whole lot I don't know but my main confusion lies in these last weeks carb depletion/ and then reverse right before show .. I know everyone is somewhat different in the time it takes them to react to carb up ... but
as of now ..
Im getting somewhere around 6'0 /208
2000 cals
250- 300- pro
120-130 - carbs
30-60 - fat
5-6 meals
been following the chris get thin diet so far.. but any advice would be helpful I uploaded some current pics... thanks
