Hi guys just getting back into the groove. Been busy with school, family and work and now its time to get the body back in shape. I'm turning 29 this year so lets see if I can get back into the best shape of my life. looking forward to input as i've been out of the loop for awhile.

wow crazy pumps throughout. The workout itself took about 40 minutes and that was going slow. I'm used to busting out sets with heavy weight so this is a little change for me. feels weird struggling with such light weight. My gym only has dumbbells and machines, any cons to using dumbbells instead of barbells? hopefully i'll just get used to it.

5:30 am. ready set go for session II.
whey+OJ+creatine. Dead tired, but lets give it a go. Havent been working legs lately as per trying to look better in jeans, but i'm ready to get bigger faster stronger and hopefully that translates over to the field rather than the runway.

No rest day due to the fact that its memorial weekend. I'm gonna hit it up and rest/cardio tomorrow.
